1. Shipping & Logistics Partner

All orders placed through our website are shipped through trusted third-party logistics and courier service providers, primarily Delhivery subject to service availability in the destination PIN code.

The availability of delivery services depends entirely on the operational network and serviceability coverage of the courier partner.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time is generally between 1–3 business days.

  • Customized, personalized, made-to-order, bulk, printing, branding, acrylic, signage, and promotional products may require additional manufacturing and preparation time depending on:

    1. Design approval

    2. Production complexity

    3. Material availability

    4. Quantity ordered

  • Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days shall be processed on the next working day.

Sudeshna Graphics reserves the right to delay dispatch in cases involving production dependency, technical issues, stock unavailability, verification requirements, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote & Non-Serviceable Regions: 5–10 business days or more

Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Natural calamities

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    2. Weight & volumetric weight

    3. Packaging dimensions

    4. Delivery location

    5. Courier serviceability

    6. Delivery speed

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, shall remain subject to promotional conditions and limited service zones.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for:

    2. Oversized packages

5. Packaging Standards

All products are packed using industry-standard protective packaging materials to minimize transit-related damage.

Special handling and reinforced packaging may be used for:

6. Shipment Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.

7. Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times based on their operational policies.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Providing a valid contact number

  • Ensuring availability during delivery

  • Cooperating with delivery personnel

Orders may be marked as:

  • Undelivered

  • RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Delivery failed

if:

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Customer remains unavailable

  • Delivery calls are unanswered

  • Delivery is refused

  • Location is inaccessible

  • PIN code becomes temporarily non-serviceable

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

Orders returned back to us by the courier partner due to failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details shall be treated as RTO shipments.

For RTO cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Re-dispatch shall be processed only after payment of applicable re-shipping charges

  • Customized or personalized products may not qualify for cancellation or refund after dispatch

Sudeshna Graphics reserves the right to refuse repeated fraudulent or non-serious orders.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect packages carefully at the time of delivery.

If any shipment appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Leaking

  • Incomplete

customers must:

  1. Record an unboxing video immediately

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Damaged product

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without sufficient proof or beyond the reporting timeline may not be eligible for resolution.

10. Restricted & Prohibited Shipments

Customers shall not use our platform to order, ship, or transport any prohibited, illegal, hazardous, restricted, inflammable, or regulated items restricted under Indian law or courier regulations.

Sudeshna Graphics reserves the right to cancel any order that violates shipping regulations or courier compliance standards.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery services may be available only in selected serviceable locations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict COD on certain products

  • Limit COD order value

  • Request prepaid confirmation

  • Disable COD for high-risk PIN codes

Repeated COD order refusals may result in account restrictions or future prepaid-only access.

12. Non-Serviceable Areas

Delivery services are subject to courier partner network coverage. Certain remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery.

If a location becomes non-serviceable after order placement:

  • The customer will be informed

  • The order may be cancelled

  • Applicable refunds will be processed accordingly

13. Limitation of Liability
